Purchasing a home

Purchasing a home should not be a daunting task.

It is a process.  And like any process, the overall goal can be broken down into smaller manageable tasks.

As you embark on this journey, it is my responsibility to ensure that you understand each task.  With me you will have a guide working to save you time and effort by ensuring you remain on path.  All questions will be answered along the way, and all problems which inevitably arise will be address in a manner most advantageous to you.

Clients are best served when they understand the process.  Addressing every single possible facet of all types of real property transactions would take volumes.  The submenus off this page provide a great starting point, but note that they are geared not to the first time buyer, but to an educated audience who has been around the block, and most likely come out of the process feeling that in general, the game is stacked against you.  I am very passionate about working to ensure that my clients are in a better position for having associated themselves with me.  I treat each and every one as if the purchase is for member of my own family.  If you are a first time buyer, please start reading under the menu heading “First time buyers.”

Regardless, before hiring a Realtor, no matter how recommended they come, there are five simple questions that you should ask.

When are you available?

Who is your support staff?

What is your experience?

How will you save me time and money?

How do you support your lifestyle?

Through these five questions a potential home buyer can learn anything they want about the Realtor they are considering hiring.  I’ve written a blog which addresses these five questions in depth.  It is aptly titled, 5 interview questions.

I ask that after reading that blog you invite me to show you how the service I provide differs from the norm, and why I proudly state that I am “exceeding the standard.”

If you wish to call me, my cell phone number is 413-564-9468.  Or if you prefer, you can send me an email.

I look forward to talking with you.
